The Deva Cutting technique is a revolutionary method for cutting curly hair. The hair is cut dry, simply because we wear our hair dry not wet. We cut the hair in its natural form, curl by curl. This unique innovation allows your trichologist, to sculpt your hair, according to your individual curl, look, and style. After the DevaCut, we will cleanse, condition, and defuse dry your curls. To complete your curl transformation, the DevaService includes an intense self curl care lesson to take you beyond the salon.

Ouidad Carve & Slice Cut
In 1984, Ouidad opened the first salon in the country to cater only to curly hair. It's at the salon where she introduced her proprietary Carving & Slicing cutting technique and signature Rake & Shake styling Method. After a thorough consultation, your dry curls are analyzed, then shampooed and cut wet, and finally styled using Ouidad's signature Rake & Shake method. With the Carve & Slice cutting technique, your trichologist strategically cuts the hair at the curvature of the curl pattern. The result is well-defined curls that fit gently into each other like puzzle pieces; encouraging curl definition and creating more manageable hair. At Lather A Salon, providing an exceptional service is our top priority. We provide top quality natural nail care using new files, buffers, and foot files for every guest. Our pedicure station features a jet free resin bowl, a hygienic alternative to noisy jets or thrones.
Classic Lather(cure)
Begin with a soothing soak, followed by nail shaping and cuticle care (callus filing with pedicure). Enjoy a relaxing massage with a moisture rich lotion and finish with the polish of your choice.
Essential Lather(cure)
Indulge in an essential oil* soak, followed by nail shaping and cuticle care. Exfoliate with an aromatic essential oil* sugar scrub and melt in to a lengthy massage. Finish with the polish of your choice.

Refunds/Returns/Cancellations
At Lather, we strive for complete client satisfaction. We are always open to feedback about how we can improve our service to you.
Refunds/returns are limited to the following situations:
Services rendered cannot be refunded. However, we will always work to resolve issues if not satisfied
Products may be refunded only if unused and in original package. In some cases, a restocking/shipping fee may be deducted
Refunds may be considered only if presented within 14 days of purchase
No refunds given on gift card orders
Refunds will only be processed with original receipt
Gift card orders are not exchangeable
Cancellation/Tardy Policy
For everyone's convenience a 24 hour minimum notice of cancellation is required. The lack of such notification may result in a charge of 50% of the value of the service reserved. Please understand that when you make an appointment at Lather A Salon you are not only reserving a service, you are purchasing time. Therefore, we ask that you arrive at all appointments on time. If you feel you may be more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, it may be best to reschedule. We never want to compromise your service! Thank you for your cooperation!
