What Should I expect at My Next Appointment?
There will be quite a few new practices and policies in place. While they may be inconvenient, they are designed to keep us all safe and they are required by the Colorado state board of cosmetology (our licensing agency). We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you are un-willing or un-able to adhere to the following, we will not be able to perform your service.
Here are some things we will ask of you:
We will not be accepting any new clients, or walk-ins for now. All services will be by appointment only, please do not just drop by.
Masks are required to be worn by clients and stylist while in the building and for the entire service. Please wear your own mask (one that attaches at the ear).
Temperature will be taken and a short questionnaire must be completed prior to service.
If you or anyone you have been in contact with has been sick, please do not come in! Your appointment will be rescheduled.
Our waiting area is temporarily closed, please call or text when you arrive, and wait in your car until we are ready for you.
For the time being, no additional persons or pets may accompany you to your appointment. Please do not bring children who are not receiving a service, they will be asked to wait in the car.
We will ask you to sanitize your hands before entering AND wash your hands for 20 seconds before your service starts.
Please limit how many items you bring in to the salon, we ask that you either leave belongings in your car, or lock them in a locker on the porch.
We have removed all magazines and will limit our beverage offerings to bottled water only, for now.
We ask that you use a contactless form of payment such as ApplePay, GooglePay, or Venmo or card for payment if possible. We prefer not to accept cash or check during this time.
We will ask you to wear a smock in addition to a cape.
We will require a virtual consultation prior to your appointment to maximize the time spent in salon.
We will be drastically limiting blow-drys at this time, if you can air dry, we will likely ask you to.
Only services that can be performed without removing a mask are permitted. At this time we can not perform lip, chin, or any other waxing that requires your mask to come off.
We will ask you to pre-book your next several appointments to ensure you get the time that works best for your schedule.
